Drop Off
There are EIGHT designated item drop-off times. Choose your preferred day below then click on one of the sections underneath to sign up for the 2-hour drop off window you desire.

You will receive an email after you have selected a drop-off block in order to confirm your selection. Make sure to click on the confirmation link contained in the email to finalize your choice.
If you need to change your drop-off time and in order to select a new one, simply return to the correct drop-off link above, scroll to the very bottom of that page, enter your “email” and hit “enter”. Next, return here and choose a new drop-off block. You should receive confirmation emails verifying the changes that have been made.

Drop-off Procedure
In order to serve everyone in a more efficient way, we have the following drop-off procedure plan in place:
- Clothing is hung correctly on wire hangers- no pins or poorly secured items
- Clothing is seasonal without stains, rips, holes, missing buttons, etc.
- Check to see if consignor numbers are highlighted *only if they are to be sorted
- Check for clearly visible no discount identification = red “ND”or a red dot
- When you arrive, please enter the gym and check in with our “Welcome Woman” at the welcome podium FIRST. Do this before unloading or bringing in any your items.
- The “Welcome Woman” will confirm your drop-off appointment time and assign you to a drop-off station if one is currently available. * Please note that if you do not have a drop-off scheduled during the drop-off block time you will be worked in as quickly as possible, but those with confirmed times will be screened first and have priority.
- If there are no stations open, you will be given a drop-off number card to hold onto which identifies your spot in line. When the next available station opens up, your drop-off card number will be called and you will be assigned to the open station. While you wait for a station you are free to begin bringing in your items and to keep them in the hallway with you if room allows. Rolling racks/carts are provided for your use but are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- When you have been assigned a station our “Screen Queen” will assist you to your designated screening rack. Once all of your items have been successfully moved into the screening station, you will proceed to the check-in desk.
- At the check-in desk, your consignor id number will be confirmed by the “Check-In Chick” and you will be given a copy of the consignor agreement. You will then be asked to take a seat while the screeners carefully work through your items. You will use this time to read through and sign the consignor agreement. Please remain seated until your are notified that your screening has been completed.
- Our screeners will be checking for the following:
- Clothing is hung correctly on wire hangers- no pins or poorly secured items
- Clothing is seasonal without stains, rips, holes, missing buttons, etc.
- Check to see if consignor numbers are highlighted *only if they are to be sorted
- Check for clearly visible no discount identification = red “ND”or a red dot
- You will be notified when your items have been successfully screened. Return to your station with the signed consignor agreement and collect any items that have not been accepted. Don’t be offended if we do not accept all of your items. Keeping our quality level standards extremely high is beneficial for both buyers and sellers. Our floor space is limited and we only want to have top-quality items filling every available inch.
- You will take your signed consignor agreement and “Exit Card” with you to the check-in desk and the “Check-out Chick” will give you early shopping passes. You cannot receive your early shopping passes until all of your items have been inspected and accepted and the consignor agreement has been completed.
- You will receive one consignor wristband pass and one friend wristband pass. Consignors are invited to shop at 5:30 pm on Thursday. Friends are invited to shop on Thursday at 7:30 pm.
