All consignor number changes and any new numbers must be approved before your print your tags.

If you have forgotten your correct consignor number, go to the consignor number archive to locate your correct number.

All tags must be printed on letter-sized (8.5 x 11 inches) white card stock only.

We will not accept cards printed on colored/pastel cards.

Card stock can be purchased at Michael's or other hobby/craft stores for under $5 per 50 sheets.

Please print your tags on a high quality setting in black ink, so they will scan correctly. Make sure that the barcodes are not cut off or printed poorly.

If you are use the "ND" (no discount) option on your tag files and your printer will not print in red, you should highlight or write over the ND with a red marker before arriving at drop-off. We will do our best to honor the "ND" regardless of its color, but using red ink makes it easier for our workers to see on half-price Saturday. We can only guarantee that your items will not be sold half-price if they are clearly marked in red according to these guidelines.

Printing your own tags

Consignors now have the ability to print their own tags with their unique barcodes already in place by creating their own tags online with our tag generator.

The tag template prints six tags to a page.  You will have the option of selecting the price, department, size, and description for the tags. You will also choose whether your items will be discounted on half-price day or donated if unsold.

We always recommend that you preview your tags in your printer’s “print preview” prior to printing to insure that none of the tags are cut off of misaligned. Turn off any “header” or “footer” tabs.

If you have WORD or PDF tag files from a previous sale with your correct consignor number, you may also continue to use them to print your tags. Custom PDF tag files with your number can be emailed to you for $10.

If your consignor id has less than 3 numbers following your initial (ex. S123), please check with us before using the online tag generator.
