FAQ

To make sure none of your remaining items are left behind follow these helpful hints/tips:


  1. -Visit each of the four stations with your guide-- even if you are sure that you don’t need to.... We cannot be held responsible for any items that you leave behind

  2. -If you are not the one picking up your items, make sure your friend/relative knows exactly what s/he should be looking for-- especially if you have large or unique items

Item Pick-Up - Sunday, 1-3 pm

In order to serve everyone in a more efficient way, we have put the following pick-up procedure plan in place:

                                                                                                 

  1. When you arrive, please enter the gym and get in line. You will be placed with a worker who will guide you to your remaining items which are categorized into the following four stations:

  2. Hanging items/Clothing

  3. Non-hanging items- books, shoes, games, baby gear, bedding, etc.

  4. Large items- furniture, strollers, bikes, outdoor play equipment, etc.

  5. Lost & Found

  6. Please follow your guide to each of the four stations to insure that none of your items are left behind.

  7. Once you have completed each of the four stations with your guide, you may proceed to the check desk.

  8. You will receive your check and your cards/tags. You tags will only be returned if you highlighted your consignor number in yellow prior to drop-off.

  9. Any items not picked up on Sunday by 3:00 p.m. will be considered the property of Otter Creek Consignment Sale unless previous arrangements have been made and agreed upon. Remaining items will be used for charitable purposes.
