New policy requires highlighting the consignor number on your index cards if you want to get them back after the sale.

Please carefully follow the guidelines below if you plan to make your own tags. We still happily accept hand-written index cards, but barcodes must be affixed to ALL cards prior to drop-off.

Charges do apply if you want us to print your barcode labels for you, or if you wish to have them mailed (see info at bottom).

Index Card Layout

Imaginary line one inch down from the top: Pin above; write below.

Specify gender.

Use a specific number to indicate size not S, M, L-- unless it is maternity.

Clearly mark maternity items with the  word "maternity" or an "M".

Make an “x”  below your consignor number if you wish the item to be DONATED if unsold.

X

Provide a detailed description-- include the brand, the color, and the item. If the tag is separated, it will be easier to locate the missing item. This also helps prevent tag switching by buyers.

Write “ND” (no discount) in RED at the bottom right-hand corner or have a clearly marked red dot on your tags if you do not wish your item to be marked down on half- price Saturday.

Only tags clearly marked with a red ND or a red dot  will be sold at full-price on Saturday.

All index cards must have a barcode at the bottom of the card encoded with your consignor number. It is important that you have barcodes on each of your index cards so that you receive correct payment for your items sold. All barcodes must be in place before your arrive at drop-off. This saves all of us time during the screening process.

When a customer purchases one of your items, we remove the card and scan its barcode. When we scan your barcode, you get credit for the sale.

If you prefer to use barcode labels, you have two options:

  1. 1.  You may notify us with an approximate barcode estimate and we will print them for you at a cost of $1 per sheet (30 labels per sheet)

  2. 2.  We can send you a barcode file that you can print for free from your home on standard return address labels: 1" x 2-5/8" Avery 5160 compatible.

Barcodes will be available for pick up in a box located outside the church office one week prior to the sale.

Barcode stickers will be in an envelope with your name and consignor number written on it.

Please make sure to pick up the correct envelope so that your items are identified with your consignor number. It is the consignor's responsibility to make arrangements to pick up the barcodes and to have them in place prior to drop-off.

You may have the barcode labels mailed to you for a $5 fee.

You may also have a barcode only tag file emailed to you for a $5. You will be able to print them out on standard return address labels.

All above charges will be deducted from your final sale check.
