Your consignor number will typically be the first letter of your last name followed by the last four digits of your home phone number. We require all consignor numbers to begin with a letter. This makes our sorting process easier and faster.

If you are a returning consignor we ask that use and keep your previous number unless it is absolutely necessary.

Example: Mary Smith, phone 292-1234     Consignor Number = S1234

Your number will automatically be in the upper left-hand corner of your tags if you are using the tag file generator or a previous template file.

If you have a pre-existing number from another sale that you wish to use, you may submit a request when you register online or contact us via email. 

All consignor number changes must be approved before your print your tags.
