You must already be a confirmed consignor in order to sign up for the information below.

After you have registered to be a consignor and have received your password contained in the confirmation email, please follow the steps below.


#1: Register for a Drop-Off block


There are four designated item drop-off times.

  1. Monday, February 27th, 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

  2. Monday, February 27th, 5-9 p.m.

  3. Tuesday, February 28th, 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

  4. Tuesday, February 28th, 5-9 p.m.


You will receive an email after you complete the process confirming your selection. Make sure to click on the confirmation link contained in the email to finalize your choice. If you need to change your drop-off time and select a new one, simply return to the correct drop-off link above, scroll to the very bottom of that page, enter your “email” and hit “enter”. Next, come back here and choose a new drop-off block. Make sure to respond to the confirmation emails you will receive verifying the changes made.


#2: Prepare your tags


After you have confirmed your consignor number is available via an email from us or by using the Consignor Number Look Up, you are ready to prepare the tags for your items.


You have already selected one of the tag printing options below:


  1. Print your cards using the free online tag generator 


  1. Use your saved WORD or PDF tag files from a previous sale with your correct number. If you are unsure about your correct consignor number, use our Consignor Number Look Up.


  1. Have custom tag files emailed to you for a charge of $10 which will be deducted from your sale check. Request tag files by clicking here.


  1. Hand-write your tags on index cards and affix barcodes to them. Request barcodes labels here.


   If you prefer to use barcode labels, you have two options:


  1. 1. You may notify us with an approximate barcode estimate and we will print them for you at a cost of $1 per sheet (30 labels per sheet)

  2. 2. We can send you a barcode file for $5 that you can print from your home on standard return address labels: 1" x 2-5/8" Avery 5160 compatible.

      

  1. *Please specify in your email if you would like to pick up your printed barcodes, or if you would like to receive a barcode file to print. Barcodes can also be mailed to your home for an additional $5 fee.

  2. *Please do not forget to include your barcode label estimate.


#3: Tag your items


Please read through our tagging guidelines to insure that you are tagging your items correctly for our sale and that you are up-to-date on any recent changes.

How to Change or Cancel a Drop-Off time:


  1. Access your original drop-off time confirmation link. It will direct you to a page where you can cancel your shift.

  2. If you can no longer find your confirmation email. Use the links above to return to the correct item drop-off page where your name is listed. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click on the “Resend Confirmation Link” button.

  3. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation.


  To choose a new shift:

  1. Return here, to the Consignor Information page and select another drop-off block link.

  2. Insert your name and email within the new drop-off box.

  3. You will receive another email requesting confirmation.

  4. Click the link to confirm. The spot is still available to others until you have confirmed it.

Please make sure to cancel your old

drop-off time before

choosing a new one!

This opens up the spot for someone else.
